An Assessment of Research Data Services Through Client Interaction Records

Research data services have become a key feature of academic libraries. In this paper, we provide an internal assessment consulting reach and effectiveness for our Data Services provided by the University Libraries at Virginia Tech using client records from 2016 to 2020. Through assessment, explore how service growth across has evolved with time. We also look more closely these aspects one college discuss will use assess impact services. Finally, through lens outcomes, examine trends interactions over term study. Initially, envisioned successful as useful largest number entities (primarily colleges institutes) Tech.
